- Bio: Born in Lunenburg County, Va., July 12, 1884. Died in Richmond, Va., July 15, 1944. Buried in Kenbridge, Lunenburg County, Va. Thomas W. Ozlin of Lunenburg County was the son of William Thomas and Emma (Andrews) Ozlin. He was educated in Lunenburg County public schools, LaCrosse Academy, Mecklenburg County, and Richmond College, A. B., LL. B. He was admitted to the bar in June, 1909. After teaching at Fork Union Military Academy for a year, he began his law practice in Kenbridge. He was mayor of Kenbridge. He was a member of the House of Delegates, 1918-30, and of the State Corporation Commission from August 18, 1933, until his death. He married firstly, June 17, 1914, Letty Lassiter Hobgood, daughter of Alfred L. and Sophia J. (Hunt) Hobgood of Oxford, N. C., and secondly, December 21, 1927, Virginia Masten, daughter of George and Minnie Joe (Taylor) Masten.
