  • Additional Info: 1781 - 1782 Assembly - The seat of Thomas Nelson, Jr. became vacant upon his election to the governorship in June 1781. There is a voucher of James Garrard for attending the May 1781 session, but the county he represented is not given​. There is also a voucher of Henry Peyton for six days' attendance during the session, but again the county is not mentioned. There is also a voucher of James Wells for attending the Oct. session in 1781, but the county is not mentioned. The journal shows that Samuel Richardson was present; the county he represented cannot be determined. ​
