There is a voucher of James Garrard for attending the May 1781 session, but the county he represented is not given. There is also a voucher of Henry Peyton for six days' attendance during the session, but again the county is not mentioned. There is also a voucher of James Wells for attending the Oct. session in 1781, but the county is not mentioned. The journal shows that Samuel Richardson was present; the county he represented cannot be determined.
