  • Additional Info: 1785 - 1786 Assembly - An election was ordered to fill the vacancy caused by theappointment of Henry Tazewell to a seat on the General Court. James Innes was the delegate selected in his place.
     
    1786 - 1787 Assembly - Samuel Griffin was chosen to represent Williamsburg on December 16, 1786, in the place of James Innes, who had been elected attorney general.​
