- Additional Info: 1779 Assembly - Richard Mitchell became coroner. Since the name James W. Ball appears in the list of delegates of Dec. 3, 1779 for Lancaster County, it is probable that Ball was Mitchell's successor.
1787-1788 Assembly-An election was ordered to select a delegate in the place of James Gordon. James Wallace Ball was elected. Full name of "Wallace" used not W.
