  • Additional Info: ​1752-1755 Assembly- Dinwiddie became a county on May 1, 1752, and had two burgesses in the 1753 session.
    Sometime during the 1756 - 1758 Assembly, John Jones was appointed inspector of tobacco and vacated his seat. On March 30, 1758, a new writ of election was ordered, but it is doubtful that his replacement was ever seated.
