  • Additional Info: 1800 - 1801 Assembly - Hugh Phelps and John G. Henderson represented Wood County through Dec. 10, 1800. Abner Lord and Joseph Spencer were then declared elected and served in office for two days. The House finally accepted Phelps and Henderson as delegates.
