- Additional Info: Isham Randolph was the 3rdchild of Colonel William Randolph (1651-1711) and Mary Isham Randolph (marriage date 1680 in Virginia).
Isham Randolph's daughter, Jane (born in 1720 in London, England), married Col. Peter Jefferson (marriage date unknown). Colonel Peter Jefferson was born on February 29 of either 1707 or 1708. Col. Jefferson died on August 15, 1757 at 49 years of age. He lived in Shadwell, Virginia.
