  • Additional Info: ​Caroline County was formed by a law passed at the first session of the Assembly (February 1 - March 30, 1728); burgesses for it first appeared at the 1730 session.
     
    Robert Fleming died before the 1738 session which convened on Nov. 1, 1738. He was succeeded by John Martin.
     
    John Martin died before April 6, 1756 and was succeeded by Francis West.
