- Additional Info: 1779 Assembly - Thomson Mason resigned June 9, but the resignation was not accepted. He became county coroner and therefore ineligible to sit in the House. An election was ordered Oct. 16, and William Henry, of Elizabeth City, is in the list of delegates for Dec. 3, 1779.
